INITIAL APPOINTMENT- At your initial appointment, you will be given a pregnancy test. Once we receive a positive result, our staff will schedule you for the next available ultrasound appointment.
We will work with you and your schedule to get you in as soon as possible. Yes! You may bring a visitor with you to your ultrasound appointment.
LMP NEEDED- It is helpful, and will speed things up if you can provide us with the first date of your last known Menstrual Cycle (LMP). As you continue on to schedule your appointment, please enter your LMP in the "Comments" section of the form. If you are unsure, just give us your best guess.

INITIAL APPOINTMENT-You are eligible to receive Maternity Clothes before your baby is born. Once you have given birth, please make an appointment to begin receiving baby items.
You may consider enrolling in our free Practical Parenting classes to begin earning points toward material items before the birth of your child.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW-
If you are enrolled in our Practical Parenting program and earning points, you are not eligible for the monthly distribution program. However, after your child's 1st birthday, when you are no longer earning points, you can schedule an appointment to come in for a distribution of Baby Items.
While you are enrolled in the Practical Parenting program for your current pregnancy, you may receive distribution for any other children that you have under the age of 3 years old.
