Parenting can be overwhelming, but it is also one of the most rewarding jobs you can ever have. There is help available for you. If you recently became pregnant and choose to parent your child we want to come along side and help you however we can.
Refuge offers Practical Parenting on-line classes for both mothers and fathers. These classes are free of charge and are offered as an Earn While You Learn format to assist new parents with obtaining items they need for the health and wellbeing of their new little one.
