Are you ready to take steps that matter? Together, we can make a lasting impact for those in need! The Refuge Center needs your help, and you have the power to make a difference.

Gather your team and lace up your shoes for the Glow Walk Relay for Life! Compete with other teams to raise funds for vital services that support mothers and babies in our community. Your steps will provide hope, love, and support for families in need.

How It Works:

*Step 1: Form Your Team: Rally your friends, family, or coworkers to join forces for a great cause! Team Captains Register first please on this page, and then ask your fellow walkers/teammates to register here too.! *Step 2: Begin to Raise Funds Together: Set a fundraising goal, share your team page, and inspire your network to contribute. Walkers can donate personally, or ask others to donate to support your team goal. Every dollar raised directly supports the pregnancy center and the services it provides. *Step 3: Keep an eye on your team's page to track your progress toward your fundraising goal. As you raise funds you will Compete for Prizes: The team that raises the most funds will earn bragging rights AND exciting prizes! Plus, your team’s name will shine on our leaderboard! Step 4: Join Us and Walk for Fun and Families: We will gather as a community on cool early fall evening for fun, community and to show our support the families who need us. Whether you walk 20 minutes or 20 miles, the Glow Walk event will be a fantastic, family centered event...complete with food trucks, music, glow gear and more! See ya'll on 9/27!

Liability/Photo Release

I hereby grant the Refuge Pregnancy Center (DBA “The Refuge Center’) permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the Refuge Pregnancy Center  (DBA “The Refuge Center’) and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Refuge Pregnancy Center (DBA “The Refuge Center’) to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Refuge Pregnancy Center (DBA “The Refuge Center’) from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization .

In consideration of acceptance of this Glow Walk entry, I waive any and all claims for myself and/or my heirs for any injuries I may incur as a result of my participation in the Glow Walk for Life, thereby releasing Refuge Pregnancy Center (DBA “The Refuge Center’), all sponsors & volunteers associated with this event from liability. I understand that walking can be strenuous activity and I further state that I am in proper physical condition for this event.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE LIABILITY/PHOTO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS.
